In a move designed to eliminate financial barriers for NIBS Technical College Finance Director Mr. Antony Wanyoike and Chancen International Country Director Gladys Mutisya officially signed a comprehensive financial Aid partnership agreement this morning at the principal Boardroom. The partnership marks a Pivotal moment in modern tertiary education funding aimed at bridging the gap between tuition costs and student affordability. The partnership establishes a seamless relationship, allowing NIBS Technical College students to enroll study and pay later. The agreement is more than just financial aid, it is about student empowerment, NIBS students can now pursue their choice courses without the fear of being sent home for fees. The partnership aims to give the less privileged, deserving student a chance to get a decent education without disruptions of deferments and also to break cycles of poverty. In return the beneficiary has increased chance of securing decent and well-paying job. The agreement also includes a commitment to students who qualify to join literacy workshops, aimed at helping students navigate the complexities of the finances and managing educational debt. The partnership is slated to begin in the upcoming semester.
