Attachment and Industry Liaison

Bridging Skills, Industry Experience and Career Opportunities

About Attachment at NIBS

At NIBS Technical College, we recognise industrial attachment as an important link between classroom learning and the world of work. It provides trainees with an opportunity to apply the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired during training in real workplace environments.

Through collaboration with industry partners, employers and professional organisations, NIBS seeks to facilitate meaningful workplace learning experiences that strengthen trainees' technical competence, professionalism, confidence and readiness for employment.

The Attachment and Industry Liaison function coordinates attachment processes, facilitates engagement with industry partners, supports workplace supervision and gathers feedback to enhance the relevance and quality of training.

Our goal is to ensure that attachment is not merely a programme requirement but a meaningful step towards professional growth, employability and career development.
