Upload copies of your certificates, ID/birth certificate, and passport photos.
Pay Application Fee
Pay the non-refundable application fee via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
Receive Offer
Receive your admission letter, accept the offer, and register for classes.
Admission Requirements
Diploma
- KCSE Mean Grade C- (minus) and above
- KNEC Certificate in a related field
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid identification documents
Certificate
- KCSE Mean Grade D+ (plus) and above
- Must be 16 years or older
- Valid identification documents
- Interest in the chosen field
Short Course
- Basic literacy skills
- No minimum academic qualification
- Valid identification documents
- Passion and commitment to learn

- • Copy of KCSE results slip
- • National ID or Birth Certificate
- • Birth Certificate (required for CDACC/TVET registration)
Fee Structure
Termly tuition varies by programme — see each programme's page under Academics for its exact fee. Below are the one-off admission and hostel charges that apply on top of tuition.
Hostel requirements: bedsheets, blankets, a 3×6 mattress, and personal effects.
* Fees are subject to review. CDACC-course students additionally pay a KES 10,000 Industrial Mentorship Fee after their final month. Fees once paid are neither refundable nor transferable.

Students enrolled in diploma programmes are eligible to apply for Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) funding.
NIBS Scholarships

Payment Plans
Flexible installment payment plans available. Pay tuition in 3 installments per trimester.
