NIBS Trainers Undergo Comprehensive CBET Implementation Workshop Training

In line with our commitment to offering quality technical education, our Trainers and critical support staff recently underwent a comprehensive training on the Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curriculum. The training, facilitated by CDACC Secretariat, was held from May 13th to May 17th, was aimed at equipping our staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement this innovative educational approach.

What is CBET?

CBET is a practical education strategy that emphasizes the acquisition of skills tailored to meet the demands of industry and business. Unlike traditional education models, CBET focuses on the ability of trainees to perform tasks according to set standards in various work contexts.
